While most gyms are renting you the use of their facilities (much of which you'll pay for but never use), at Simplyfitness we're setting out to show you how to use it to achieve what you set out to when you paid your initial subscription and we've made that subscription rate one of the lowest in Dublin and with no term contract! We're making fitness simple and affordable! Tracey - Personal Training  Every member of Simpyfitness is given an introductory personal training session and has access to a host of online fitness and healthy eating resources via 'My Simplyfitness' our members only website. Additional expert help and motivation is available from our fitness and Nutrition specialists lead by Tracey Kennedy. Tracey Kennedy trained in the US and has been working as a professional fitness and nutrition specialist to amateurs and athletes of all ages for almost 10 years. Whether recovering from an injury, looking to lose weight or just in need of some expert guidance/motivation to get more fit, Tracey and her colleagues are available to help on a one-off, program-by-program* or ongoing basis. (*Tracey has designed a number of popular weight loss programs available to members and non-members including 'Real Results' a 6-week healthy eating weigh loss program where up to stone fat-loss is possible in this short time).
