Most gyms rent the use of their equipment. We show you how to use it to get what you're really paying for - to feel and look better! Getting in the best shape of your life is as simple as energy-in (food & drink) and energy-out (the right kind of exercise) and yet so many people complicate it in their heads to the point they do nothing but make excuses! Just 30 minutes of the right kind of exercise a couple of times a week and behaving ourselves a little better when it comes to food and drink is all it takes to be in super shape, to improve energy levels, confidence and maybe even life longevity. And since we're all out to do the same thing here at Simplyfitness regardless of our age, shape or level of fitness you won't feel as welcome working out anywhere else. It's no judgement/no-poser zone. No Contract!... unlike those big corporate gyms, we won't attempt to tie you in to a 12-month or any other term contract if you are opting to pay monthly or require 3 month's notice before you can leave just so we can sit back on our laurels! Here at Simplyfitness we're willing to work for your business ... oh, yes and to charge you less for the pleasure! And if you're not a gym person and just want to do the classes or take part in one of our acclaimed weight loss programs to lose excess fat fast then, again unlike our friends above, we don't expect you to have to pay for gym membership on top. Although members get up to 20% discount, our classes and programs are open to anyone whether a member of the gym or not.
We're in Milltown beside the Church and parking is free and plentiful.... so no more excuses. It's not complicated. It's Simplyfitness! So how do you start?For starters, we'd love to see you for a free trial of the gym facilities. If you've used a gym before than the free trial is a nice way to find out if we've got everything you feel you need for your workouts. If you've never used a gym before we'll get you started with a great cardio workout and can tell you what kind of exercise would suit you best to achieve whatever it is you are looking to achieve from weight loss to increased fitness (or all the above!). If you would like to join the gym, then, you can do so at the gym itself or online. You chose the membership option that suit you (see Memership Options) and we'll set you up with your membership/gym-access card and arrange a time for us to give you your optional assessment and induction personal training session where we will tailor an exercise program just for you and introduce you to 'My Simplyfitness'.
We'll work with you through each exercise at the kind of pace that will be best for you. Even though it's simple we're here to help so just ask because we want to make sure that you are exercising not just safely but effectively. To really pitch us above the rest and to make sure that you have all the knowledge you need to achieve your goal (even when you're not in the gym!) we have created an easy to use, easy to understand but completely comprehensive online library in 'MySimplyfitness' - an area of our website that only members can access and which contains everything from a social forum and an online link to your virtual trainer to further exercise and diet programs that you can customise and print to use in the gym to online video tutorials of every exercise listed in your personal exercise program, performed here in the gym, and about 60 more exercises for you to try in time. You can never get bored! My Simplyfitness![]() Track your progress - weightloss, strength gain, etc. - on your personal profile. Access and update your stats in the gym, from home or anywhere with an Internet Connection. Access all our exercise and diet/weight loss programs including step by step instructions, online video tutorials and workout logs that you can amend online, download and print. All you need to become your own fitness expert and it's all free (similar web resources are subscription only and would cost as much as Simplyfitness gym membership alone!). You can never get bored, therefore, and can even create your own exercise and eating programs to suit your body and your fitness/shape goals and we're here to answer all your questions and to make sure that you performing all those exercises safely and effectively - just ask. Those who take an interest in their own fitness enough to look online for new exercises and workouts they can experiment with in the gym (and anyone can - it's not rocket science and we're here to help you put the theory into action!) often do better because they take responsibility for the effort involved in keeping motivated and exercising and eating effectively. We can make you feel welcome, get you started and answer any diet and exercise question but we can't get make you act on it. You have to do your share and if you are willing to do so there is no limit to what you can achieve with surprisingly little effort. Simplyfood is an online program which will help you address and change bad eating habits and give you access to all you need to know to eat and drink to lose weight.
