Exercise to lose weight (and to keep it off!) is different to exercise to increase fitness or that to build muscle. The secret of effective fat loss is in eating the right combination, quality and quantity of food types to speed up the metabolism whilst avoiding hunger and cravings. In the gym, you should then be performing quick, intensive resistance exercise in a way that allows you to sustain lean toned muscle tissue and burn only body fat as fuel. Unlike running on a treadmill, where you can burn as much muscle as fat, you burn just body fat. Also, unlike treadmill which won't improve your body shape, by working different muscles we can actually improve our body shape. Lastly, unlike that treadmill which only allows you to burn calories whilst you're on it, resistance exercise causes your muscles to keep burning calories well after you've left the gym as your muscles recover. This makes sustaining your weightloss so much easier and healthier than living on rabbit food for the rest of your life!!Healthy Eating

The SimplySlim program is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness as every person works to their own pace. Participants are assessed, weighed and measured and given a tailored personal eating plan to follow for maximum weight loss by combining healthy food in the right quantities to maximise weight loss and avoid hunger. You will exercise three times a week for four weeks (12 Sessions). Each trainer lead and motivated exercise session takes just 30 minutes. There are generally five participants per session and all workouts take place in the privacy of our personal training studio.

Participants complete the program not only having lost weight but having learned, through their own personal experience and effort, exactly what type of exercise, what level of intensity and what type of eating and drinking habits it takes to achieve and sustain their fat loss goals. We know that fitness and weightloss is simple (Simplyfitness!) but so many people struggle with diets or ineffective exercise and time spent in the gym. It takes just 30 minutes three times a week, if you exercise the right way - we'll show you how and at a fraction of the cost of personal training!
