If you've a specific goal that you want to achieve above general fitness - e.g. weight loss, preparation for sport, post op/injury rehabilitation - or just want a fresh injection of motivation then some sessions with one of our freelance professional personal trainer may be for you.

Personal training starts with first establishing your current fitness levels and then looking to your specific fitness/weight-loss goals. Your trainer will then prepare a diet an exercise plan specifically for you to set you up to achieve those goals. You will be given a food plan aPersonal Trainingnd guided and motivated to follow it effectively and your personal trainer will guide and motivate you through each of your sessions to ensure that you get the most out of every exercise session and so reach your goal quickly.
 
Some people will just take one session a month, for example, to set themselves up with a custom fitness program that they can then follow themselves for the month or may occasionally opt for a nutritional consultation. Others will take a block of sessions to guarantee they reach a specific goal by a specific time.
