They provide both personal training and diet coaching with our SimplySlim program, taking a lifestyle change approach to weight loss that research has proven to be the most effective way not only to lose weight but to keep it off. Personal training starts with first establishing your current fitness levels and then looking to your specific fitness/weight-loss goals. It might be to be fit enough to run the marathon, to decrease a dress size, to attain a more toned or a more muscular physique etc. Your trainer will then go off an prepare a diet an exercise plan specifically for you to achieve your goals. You will be given a food plan and guided and motivated to follow it effectively and you will be supervised through your exercise program as regularly as you wish. You can simply opt for the assessment of your current fitness levels and/or set out your goals and receive a diet and exercise program and you can, if you chose, have a trainer work with you every exercise session or just for the occasional one when you'd like a little motivation injection.
